Meet Brittany & Garrison. This couple answered that age-old question photographers ask themselves. “Why do we shoot weddings?” Capturing the groom putting on his cuff links and lacing his shoes… the bride’s final touches of make-up and then slipping into her dress… watching the expressions on both their faces during the “First Look” as they think (and often say), “I’m about to marry this amazing person!” Two people totally crazy in love, I guess we’re suckers for that.
But, Brittany & Garrison are a couple that know that love is more than just a feeling. Love is a verb – it is an everyday action involving commitment, sacrifice, compromise, forgiveness, encouragement, mutual submission, trust and unity. We pray these things are showered on Brittany & Garrison in great abundance as they grow even closer in this journey called marriage. Call me overly-optimistic, but I’m going to go ahead and crown them “Anniversary Dance” champions in 2064. We love these guys!
